Contract for Snapshot sessions with Snapshots by Casey
• There is a sitting fee based on how many subject’s are in the snapshot, see pricing page. This fee is due at or before the time of the sitting.
• Locations are suggested, but it is your choice. So use your imagination on how you want your snapshots to turn out. We try to stay within 20 miles of the office, but a farther distance will be considered and may include an additional fee. I also have access to a professional studio for an additional $20.00 per hour.
• Payment for snapshot orders is due before they are ordered. We accept cash, check or PayPal payments (You can use credit cards through PayPal). Taxes & shipping will be included on all orders in the final cost.
• Snapshot proofs will be posted on our secure website for your viewing and consideration. If you would like actual proofs to be printed for viewing, there will be an additional cost and they will be yours to keep. We also offer a proof book.
• Snapshot orders need to be placed within 30 days of proofs being received. We will store the images that you order for a period of 1 year from the order date. All other images will be stored for a period of 30 days from the order date. After these periods they will no longer be guaranteed available, so be sure to order all that you want in advance.
• Clothing choices are yours, but we have found that the more natural dressed, result in the best snapshots. Try to stay away from large logos or advertising type clothing as they draw the eye away from the subjects. Wear solids to place emphasis on the face. Accessories should add to and not detract from the face. Wear clothing that fits properly. Multiple changes of clothing are allowed and suggested, but try to keep it to two or three of your favorites, any more goes into portrait taking time and cranky children. If you can not narrow it down, bring the few extra and we can help you decide. Make sure to bring all accessories to complete your look from head to toe. With children, if they have a favorite toy, bring it along to capture that special toy and them together.
• For children, Please do not schedule your session near nap times, practices, etc., we want the focus on the snapshots! Arrive approximately 10 minutes early if you would like to consult with us about clothing choices, locations, or any other aspects of your session. Please remember to bring bottles, toys, brushes, makeup and any other items you or your children might need during the session.
• Unlimited images within the time allotted. We never restrict the amount of images captured at your session and will post them all on our website for your viewing. If requested, we will password protect your snapshots.
• Images are copyright protected and remain the property of Snapshots by Casey. Images may be used as marketing on our website, we will let you know as best as we can if we are using any of your images.
• Relax & enjoy the session, you will get the best pictures this way!
